Anxiety Immediate Relief focuses on aiding people, both in the moment of an attack and long term to prevent future attacks. Everything from the colors and fonts presented, to the applets provided, were intensively researched for optimal results.

Short-term Relief: This section of the app is designated towards helping users while they are having an attack. A large selection of applets use psychological and physical research to lower the intensity of the attack and may even stop the attack entirely. This section includes the highly effective "frequency" applet containing a combination of frequencies that relieves the hippocampus portion of your brain, which houses the anxiety attack.

Long-term Relief: This section of the app focuses on long term help. Although stopping anxiety attacks in the moment is helpful, our ultimate goal is to stop attacks altogether. With these tips, resources, and breathing exercises, you can learn how to lower your vulnerability to attacks through actual brain healing and actions to take when you notice an attack coming on.
